Victim of ATM murder is identified

THE VICTIM of a robbery-homicide at an ATM in Garden Grove has been identified.

The victim of a robbery and murder on Sunday night in Garden Grove has been identified. According to Lt. Carl Whitney of the GGPD, it is Minh Le Anh Pham, a 35-year-old Garden Grove man.

Pham was fatally shot at the Bank of America automatic teller machine at 13952 Brookhurst St., at Westminster Avenue around 11:11 p.m.

Detectives are following up on leads to identify and locate suspects in the incident. Photographs and video surveillance are not being made public because of the ongoing investigation.

Police believe there were “numerous” people in the parking lot near the ATM. Being sought are two males last seen in a silver sport utility vehicle moving westbound on Westminster Avenue.
