A VEHICLE crash flipped one car over onto its roof late Saturday night.

A driver is in stable condition at an area hospital after his vehicle struck another automobile and caused it to flip over onto its roof in a traffic accident late Saturday night in Garden Grove.

According to Sgt. Vincente Valcaro of the GGPD’s Community Policing Bureau, the incident took place around 11:47 p.m. in the 12500 block of Haster Street, south of Lampson Avenue in the eastern part of the city.

A sedan was moving south on Haster when it ran into a parked vehicle, knocking it over. No one was in the parked vehicle and no bystanders were injured, but the driver of the sedan was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange for treatment.

The accident is still under investigation.
