TWELVE local high school teams are in the CIF-SS soccer playoffs starting this week.

Brackets and first-round pairings for CIF-SS soccer playoffs were released on Monday. Here are the results for teams serving the Garden Grove-Huntington Beach-Westminster area.

First round games are planned for Thursday; wild card games on Tuesday. Times, days and locations are subject to change without notice, so check with your local school if you’re interested in attending.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

• Division 1: Los Osos at Edison; Huntington Beach at San Juan Hills.
• Division 2: Marina at Temecula Valley
• Division 3: Winner of Redland/Arroyo Grande at Pacifica
• Division 4: Ocean View at Crean Lutheran (wild card)
• Division 5: Winner of Sante Fe-Godinez at Westminster
• Division 6: Winner of Pacifica Christian/Mark Keppel at Garden Grove; Santiago at Arroyo.

BOYS’ SOCCER

• Division 1: Palos Verde at Edison
• Division 2: Corona at Santiago
• Division 4: Winner of Pasadena-Westlake at Garden Grove
• Division 5: Pacifica at El Segundo.
