Costa Mesa police are seeking potential additional victims of a Huntington Beach man accused of sexually assaulting three developmentally delayed women.
According to the CMPD, Rusty Lee Love, 52, was arrested on Dec. 21 on three charges including rape, digital penetration and oral copulation of the victims, who police believe were acquaintances of the suspect. A ridesharing driver, Love was released from custody after posting $50,000 in bail.
Love allegedly assaulted each of the victims in their homes in Costa Mesa while providing unlicensed massages in 2017 and 2018. He was arrested by CMPD detectives at the 20000 block of Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach.
