A public hearing on several measures authorizing the construction of 40 detached condominium units on Western Avenue goes before the Stanton City Council when it meets on Wednesday, March 4.

Planners will consider the development of the project on the current site of the Lighthouse Community Church, 10871 Western Ave. It covers 2.35 acres.

As planned the complex would consist of three-story homes ranging in size from 1,771 to 1,931-square feet. One possible issue is that the project requires a total of 165 parking spaces, but is planned for 122.

The commission meets at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall, 7800 Katella Ave.
