Coronavirus count dips to 107

New confirmed coronavirus cases in Orange County are at 107 in Friday’s report from the county’s health care agency. That’s down from 137 in Thursday’s count.

The cumulative number of confirmed cases is at 6,783, with 2,890 considered recovered.

Seven new deaths were also reported, bringing the total to 165. That includes 76 residents of skilled nursing facilities.

The OCHCA also reported 293 cases in hospitals, with 129 in intensive care units.

The count of COVID-19 cases by city show Santa Ana still in first with 1,319, followed by Anaheim with 1169, Garden Grove with 375 and Orange with 297.

Westminster has 145 and Stanton 82.
