A 30-year-old Anaheim man was arrested on Thursday for the 2019 murder of another 30-year-old Anaheim man.
According to the Sgt. Jeff Mundy of the Anaheim Police Department, the APD’s homicide detail took into custody Brandon Norwood for allegedly killing Oscar Humberto Chumichicoj.
