AN EARLY morning fire on Mirage Avenue in Westminster was quickly put out (OCFA image).

Quick action by firefighters confined a fire to one room in a house in Westminster early Monday morning.

According to the Orange County Fire Authority – which provides fire and paramedic service to Westminster – the blaze was reported at 12:55 a.m. in the 9300 block of Mirage Avenue. That’s in a tract located south of Westminster Boulevard and west of Bushard Street.

The cause of the fire is under investigation and there were no reported injuries. The Westminster Police Department was on the scene as well and provided assistance.
