The residential building boom taking place in Stanton continues, as the city council prepares to give its final approval to a housing project.

When the council meets in virtual session on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m., it will be asked to pass a resolution approving a subdivision tract map and agreement.

The development is of 40 single-family detached condominium units at a site at 10871 Western Avenue. That’s southwest of the intersection of Western and Syracuse Avenue.

The developer is KB Home Coastal, Inc.
Also on the agenda is a proposed agreement with NV5 to provide services as city engineer and public works director.
