A TEACHER at an Anaheim school was arrested on a child porn charge (Shutterstock).

An elementary school teacher in Anaheim has been arrested for possession of child pornography.

According to the APD, Joseph Williams Page, 39, was arrested Wednesday morning while he was at work at Guinn Elementary School in Anaheim as a sixth-grade teacher. Page, an Anaheim resident, was taken into custody by detectives after the prohibited material was identified in an on-line investigation.

A search warrant was also executed at Page’s home.

He was booked at the Anaheim City Jail on the child porn charge and was held in lieu of $25,000 bail. Details about the amount, or specific nature of the materials are not being released, but any potential victims or persons with knowledge of the case are asked to call the APD at (714) 765-1697.

The agency is a member of ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce), coordinating federal, state and local agencies in coping with the use of the internet by children and combating the proliferation of child sexual abuse images available electronically.
