A WOMAN is in jail in Colorado for allegedly killing a man in Westminster, California by hitting him with her vehicle (Shutterstock).

A woman suspected of running her boyfriend over in a Westminster driveway is in custody in a Colorado jail.

According to police, Saleena Isabelle Carra, 24, was charged with one count of murder in Jefferson County Jail, where she’s being held in lieu of $1 million in bail. She’s awaiting extradition to California.

In an incident on Walt Street in Westminster on Jan. 6, Carra allegedly deliberately struck Oscar Sandoval, 41, of Westminster with her Jeep sport utility vehicle and fled the scene.

She has identified by WPD detectives as a suspect who then conferred with their counterparts in Arcata, Colorado, where police made the arrest.
