A 21-YEAR-OLD Garden Grove woman was arrested Friday for alleged child abuse against her stepson (Shutterstock).

A woman with an outstanding $1 million warrant for child abuse against her stepson was arrested by Garden Grove police on Friday.

According to the GGPD, Noelia Ayala, 21, of Garden Grove, was taken into custody at a fast food restaurant where she was working under an assumed name.

Ayala allegedly beat her 2-year-old stepson into a coma. He has permanent paralysis on the left side of his body and will have life-long disabilities, say police.

A tip to police notified them of Ayala’s job in Irvine. Detectives arrived at the eatery, saw a woman matching the woman’s description and made a positive identification.

She was arrested and booked into Orange County Jail in Santa Ana.
