The hunt is on for colorful treasures at Garden Grove’s annual “Eggscavation” event on Saturday, April 16, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Atlantis Play Center, located at 13630 Atlantis Way in Garden Grove Park.
In addition to egg hunts, activities at the event include carnival games, arts and crafts, a bubble activity, pictures with the Easter bunny, and more. The egg hunts take place by the following age groups:
• 3 to 4 years old – 1:45 p.m.
• 5 to 6 years old – 2:15 p.m.
• 7 to 8 years old – 2:45 p.m.
• 9 to 10 years old – 3:15 p.m.
Raffle drawings will take place after each egg hunt. Candy grabs for 2-year-olds and under will be held at 1:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.
Ticket prices are $10 for children, ages 3 to 10, participating in the egg hunt, and $2 for spectators, ages 11 and up.
Ticket sales for the Eggscavation begin Monday, March 28, until quantities run out. Tickets may be purchased online at ggcity.org/reggister, or by phone. There will be no ticket sales at the door.
