It took a while, but Garden Grove police feel they finally have their suspect.
According to the GGPD, detectives have been investigating a series of burglaries from a self-service storage facility dating back to 2020.
After what police describe as “countless hours of investigation,” detectives identified the suspect as Nancy Carranza, 44, of Westminster, a felony probationer.
She was located and detained as she was leaving her home.
A probation search of her residence found stolen property from the burglaries and the clothing she wore while allegedly doing the burglaries.
She was arrested and later booked into Orange County Jail in Santa Ana.
