The Orange County Tribune continues its quick look at the football schedules for area high school football teams in a season that starts for some teams in early-and mid-August.

As always, schedules are subject to change without notice. All games are to start at 7 p.m.

Los Amigos: The Lobos will kick off on Friday, Aug. 26 visiting Ocean View High. The first home game (at Monsoor Stadium) will be on Friday, Sept. 2 against Westminster. Garden Grove League play will begin on Friday, Sept. 30 visiting Rancho Alamitos at Bolsa Stadium.

Orange: For the Panthers, the season starts on Friday, Aug. 19 hosting Pacifica at Fred Kelly Stadium. Orange Coast League play begins on Friday, Sept. 23 as OHS hosts Saddleback High at Fred Kelly.

Rancho Alamitos: A road game at La Sierra High of Riverside on Friday, Aug. 26 begins the season for the Vaqueros. The first home game of the season is on Thursday, Sept. 8 hosting Savanna at Bolsa Stadium. Garden Grove League play commences Friday, Sept. 30 visiting Los Amigos at Monsoor Stadium.

Santiago: The 2022 season begins for the Cavaliers on Friday, Aug. 26 visiting Godinez Fundamental High of Santa Ana. The first home game is set for Thursday, Sept. 8 hosting Estancia at Monsoor Stadium. Garden Grove League play starts on Friday, Sept. 30 hosting Bolsa Grande at Monsoor.
