“Redacted” version of Mar-A-Logo papers may be released

A FEDERAL JUDGE is ordering the Justice Department to release a “redacted” version of some of the materials seized from former president Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago home (Shutterstock).

The public may get at least a partial look at the documents seized by FBI agents at former president Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago home.

According to the Associated Press, a federal judge has ordered the Justice Department to released a “redacted” version of some of the material taken under a search and seizure warrant issued to federal officers.

Trump has denied any wrongdoing, saying that the documents had been “de-classified” by himself and that he had taken them home to work on them in his presidential capacity.

Three charged in “Whitey” Bulger death

A trio of men has been charged in the beating death of the Boston “crime boss” James “Whitey” Bulger.

USA Today reports that the men are alleged to have hit Bugler multiple times in the head in 2018 when all of them were at a federal penitentiary in West Virginia.

The Justice Department made the announcement on Thursday.

Bulger was called “Whitey” because of his platinum-colored hair.  He is said to have led the Winter Hill Gang in South Boston for a generation.

Sports: The book is thrown at Watson

Cleveland Browns quarterback DeShaun Watson was hit Thursday with a suspension of 11 games – without pay – and a fine of $5 million as a penalty for accusations of sexual misconduct by two dozen women.

The Los Angeles Dodgers lost 5-3 to the Brewer in Milwaukee on Thursday. After falling behind 5-0, they rallied with three runs in the sixth, sparked by a home run by Gavin Lux.

The four-game series ended up with two wins each.

Weather: Clouds making a return trip

The sunny skies above the West Orange County area will stay for one more day, then give way to partly cloudy weather through the weekend. Friday’s daytime high should be 86 with an overnight low of 69. The overcast will roll in on Saturday with highs of  83 to 86 through Monday.
