UPDATE: Robert Green, reported missing Friday from a Garden Grove hotel, was found on Saturday at 10:12 a.m. in the 12100 block of Haster Street. He was in good health with minor injuries to his elbows. He was taken to Garden Grove Hospital for medical treatment, then reunited with his wife.

The public’s help is sought in locating a missing person who wandered away from a Garden Grove hotel early Friday morning.
Garden Grove police report that Robert Green, 79, a guest at the Delta Hotel at Chapman Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, is an at-risk man suffering from dementia. His absence was reported at 3:38 a.m. by his wife.
He is described as being a male White, 6-feet tall, 190 lbs. with blue eyes and shoulder-length silver hair. He was last seen wearing a blue/white polo shirt and long khaki pants. Green does not live locally and doesn’t have access to a vehicle.
A search of the surrounding area and contact with local hospitals and law enforcement agencies was not successful. The California Highway Patrol was contacted and a “Silver Alert” public notification will be conducted.
