
A SUSPECT has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man in Huntington Beach (Shutterstock).
A 33-year-old man from Temecula was arrested on Saturday for the murder of a 31-year-old Los Angeles man in Huntington Beach earlier this month.
According to Jessica Cuchilla, public information officer for the HBPD, Tyrell Avion Lee was arrested and charged with the killing of Jimmy Sengpaseauth on Dec. 5.
Lee was located by detectives in Moreno Valley and arrested. He was taken to Orange County and booked at the HBPD jail,
The apprehension of Lee brought to an end an incident that began around 8 p.m. on Dec. 5 when police responded to reports of shot fired in the 5200 block of Tasman Drive.
Arriving officers found the victim – now identified as Sengpaseauth – dead from a gunshot wound.
