FIREFIGHTERS cut into an overturned car in Garden Grove on Saturday afternoon (OCFA photo).

A traffic accident at Lampson Avenue and Euclid Street in Garden Grove resulted in two people trapped in an overturned car Saturday afternoon.

According to the Orange County Fire Authority – which provides firefighting and paramedic service for Garden Grove – the vehicle was on its right side.

Firefighters cut through the car and extracted the two people and firefighter-paramedics took over their care. Another person involved in the accident was also treated by paramedics and all were taken to the hospital. 

The call came in to dispatch at 6:11 p.m.
