ONE MAN was shot during an incident in Garden Grove Tuesday night (Shutterstock).

A street fight Wednesday night in Garden Grove led to one person being hospitalized and several people being detained.

According to Sgt. Ryan Lux of the GGPD, the incident took place around 10:30 p.m. in the 13000 block of Allard Street, near Haster Street.

Officers were dispatched to the scene in response to a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, they saw several people fighting in the street; some were detained. One of those detained – identified only as a male Hispanic in his 30s who is a resident of Orange County – appeared to have suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

He was taken to an area hospital in stable condition. Anyone who was a witness to the incident is asked to call GGPD Dispatch at (714) 741-5704.
