A one-year extension on an exclusive negotiating agreement for the “potential redevelopment” of the Tina-Pacific neighborhood will be considered by the Stanton City Council at its meeting on Tuesday night.
The city is negotiating with Brandywine Acquisitions Group, C&C Development and National Community Renaissance of California for the use of the properties that have been purchased by the city over several years.
Also, the council will consider a one-year extension to an agreement with KYGY for consulting services related to the completion of the Town Center Specific Plan.
The council will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall, 7800 Katella Ave.
