This is the fourth criminal case Trump now has to face.
Also indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury were Mark Meadows (former White House chief of staff), Rudy Giuliani (Trump’s personal attorney) and Jeffrey Clark (former Justice Department official).J
Judge: must consider climate change
A judge in Montana ruled on Monday that the rights of young people to a healthy environment need to be considered when approving projects related to the mining and use of fossil fuels.
According to The New York Times, the judge’s ruling – which will be appealed to a higher state court – must consider climate change when making decisions relating to the approval or renewal of oil and natural has projects.
Montana gets one-third of its energy by burning coal, reports The Times.
Sports: Halos blasted by Rangers
With a chance to climb back to .500, the Los Angeles Angels went the other direction, losing 12-0 to the Rangers on the road.
With the loss, the Halos are 59-61 and remain in fourth place in the American League West and now trail Texas by 9.5 games.
Ranger Max Scherzer (12-4) pitched seven one-hit innings, striking 11 batters and walking just one. The sole Angel hit was a single by Mike Moustakas.
