Ten boys basketball teams from our West Orange County area will be participating in the CIF-SS playoffs starting this week.

Here are the pairings for the first round, as posted on Sunday. First round games will be played on Wednesday and second round games on Friday. Wild card games are scheduled for Tuesday.

Division 1: Edison (20-8) at West Ranch (14-14).

Division 2A: Beverly Hills (15-11) at Marina (21-7).

Division 3A: Huntington Beach (15-13) at Gahr (18-6).

Division 4A: Pacifica (17-11) at Mesorabian (13-5); United Christian Academy (17-11) at Santiago (15-13); Northview (20-9) at Western (14-14).

Division 5AA: Geffen Academy (10-9) at Westminster (14-10).
Division 5A: Rancho Alamitos (17-11) at Colton (11-14). Wild Card A winner at Los Amigos (18-8). The wild card is San Fernando VI at River Springs Magnolia.
