TEN suspects were arrested by Huntington Beach police in a “proactive operation” in the Bella Terra area (Shutterstock).

Ten suspects — all of them from Orange County — have been arrested in a “proactive enforcement operation” by Huntington Beach police in the Bella Terra area.

The operation, conducted on Jan. 12 and 21, netted the arrestees on various charges, including felonies, and stolen property was recovered.

Arrested and booked into Orange County Jail were:
• Julie Davis, 44, Orange
• Daniel Domingo, 35, Anaheim
• David Dunne, 41, Los Alamitos
• Ricky Guzman, 38, Garden Grove
• Lao Hoang, 69, Irvine
• Kraig Hurley, 33, Garden Grove
• Marquis Serna, 29, Anaheim
• David Sponheim, 40, Los Alamitos
• Jennifer Watson, 51, Anaheim
• Nicholas Young, 35, Orange.

In preparation for the operation, the HBPD worked with businesses in the area of Edinger Avenue and Beach, including Nordstrom Rack, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Costco Wholesale, REI, Kohl’s, Ulta Beauty, Old Navy and Burlington.
