For baseball, local teams ranked or mentioned are:

• Division 1: Pacifica (received votes).

For softball, local teams ranked or mentioned are:

• Division 1: Pacifica (second), Huntington Beach (eighth), Marina (10th).
• Division 7: Orangewood Academy (16th).
• Division 8: Orange (eighth).

For boys volleyball, local teams ranked or mentioned are:

• Divisions 1 and 2: Huntington Beach (fifth), Edison (sixth).
• Division 5:  Rancho Alamitos (received votes).
• Division 7: Orangewood Academy (fifth), Western (ninth).

For girls beach volleyball, local teams ranked or mentioned are:

• Division 1:  Huntington Beach (fifth) and Edison (eighth.)

For girls lacrosse, local teams ranked or mentioned are: 

• Divisions 1 and 2:  Huntington Beach (received votes)

For boys tennis, local teams ranked or mentioned are:

• Open/Division 1: Marina (14th).
• Division 4: Garden Grove (fifth).
• Division 5: Western (fifth)

It ranks Huntington Beach in fifth, Pacifica in 13th, Ocean View in 20th and Edison in 24th.
