Los Amigos and Marina football teams remained unbeaten with victories in Thursday night games. Marina blanked Valencia 49-0 in a Lamba League contest, while LAHS shut out Rancho Alamitos 30-0 in their Sigma League win.

The Vikings are 7-0 overall and 2-0 in the LL, tied with Beckman (4-2, 2-0) for first place. The two leaders will clash on Nov. 1.

The Lobos are 7-0 overall and 2-0 in the Sigma. Their most likely challenger might be Estancia (5-1, 1-0), and they re scheduled to play next on Oct. 18.

Other results from Thursday have El Modena defeat Orange 56-27 in the Delta League, Bolsa Grande defeat Loara 48-26 in the Tango League and Dana Hills beat Orange 35-14. in the Foxtrot League.
