A proposal to enlarge and re-orient the In-N-Out restaurant at Trask Avenue and Magnolia Street goes before the Garden Grove Planning Commission when it meets on Thursday, June 5.
The panel will consider a plan by In-N-Out Burgers, Inc. for a site plan and a lot line adjustment what would reconfigure the existing drive-thru lanes and parking area and create a shade covering for outdoor dining.
Under the proposal, the adjacent existing – and now vacant – Mae’s Restaurant building would be demolished and the two parcels considered into one.
The covering would be 778-square feet.
This project was submitted previously to the commission, then continued to the June 5 meeting at the request of the applicant.
The planning commission will meet in the Community Meeting Center, 11300 Stanford Ave. at 7 p.m.
