A short-handed Westminster City Council approved the 2025-2026 city budget on Wednesday night.
The vote was 3-0, with Councilmembers Amy Phan West and NamQuan Nguyen absent and not voting.
According to staff, the total municipal budget for all funds showed revenues of $149 million with $154 million in expenses. Transfers from reserves totaled $13.6 million.
Late changes for the budget included the adding of a full-time code enforcement officer position.
The regular meetings of July 9 and July 23 have been cancelled.
