U.S. News & World Report makes its rankings based on the percentage of students who are “college ready” (as measured by participation in advanced placement courses), the graduation rate and other factors.
• La Quinta High School (95 % graduation , 54.8 college ready). Ranked 63rd in California and 473rd nationally. GGUSD.
• Fountain Valley High School (96% graduation, 51.7% college ready). 110th in California and 761st in the U.S. HBUHSD.
• Pacifica High School (94% graduation, 47.3 college ready). 138th in California, 1,053rd in U.S. GGUSD.
• Garden Grove High School (94% graduation, 45% college-ready). 153rd in California, 1,171st in U.S. GGUSD.
• Bolsa Grande High School (94% graduation, 47% college-ready. 184th in California, 1.349 in the U.S. GGUSD.
