Final approval of a mixed-use development with 159 residential townhomes along with 15,949 square feet of commercial space goes before the Stanton City Council when it meets on Tuesday.

The project was introduced at the April 14 meeting.

This development by Stanton Land LCC would be located at Katella Avenue and Beach Boulevard.

The meeting will be held in Stanton City Hall at 7800 Patella Ave. with a closed session at 5:30 p.m. and the regular session at 6:30 p.m.
