Festival hours will be from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday.

On Sunday, events will include more dance and music and the final round of the pageants. Hours will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. There will be carnival games and rides, along with a food court, booths and a “culture village” open both days.

In order to ease parking congestion, festival organizers have arranged for a free shuttle service throughout the event. Guests are encouraged to board the shuttle by parking at Westminster City Hall, 8200 Westminster Blvd., where they will be taken to and from festival site. The shuttle will run from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
