A woman was hospitalized with major injuries early Wednesday morning after a traffic accident near Marina High School in Huntington Beach. One driver was ejected from her vehicle, according to police
According to police, the crash occurred at Edinger Avenue and Springdale Street around 3:30 a.m. A power pole was knocked down and the intersection was shut down in all directions for several hours. Drivers were rerouted around the scene of the accident.
Those dropping off students at the high school were advised to proceed south on Springdale and enter off Marina Viking Way.
