Car burglary suspect is sought

Huntington Beach police are asking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a vehicle burglary last week. According to the HBPD, the incident took place in the parking structure at the Guardian Center, 17011 Beach Blvd. on April 11 at around 3:55 p.m.

Video surveillance of the scene showed a man entering a vehicle and taking several items. He’s described as a male Hispanic, about 5-feet, 8-inches tall with short dark hair. He was wearing a black polo-style shirt and with the number 3 on the left shoulder, khaki pants and black shoes.

Anyone with information on the incident or the suspect is asked to call the HBPD at (714) 960-8811. Additionally, people can click on the “Submit a Crime Tip” link on the police department’s Facebook page.
