GARDEN GROVE, Rancho Alamitos and Marina posted big wins on Thursday night.

The second week of league play for area high school football teams produced some lopsided results on Thursday night. Here are results for games involving teams in the Garden Grove-Huntington Beach-Westminster area. More details will be posted as they become available.

GARDEN GROVE LEAGUE

• Garden Grove 54, Los Amigos 0: The Argonauts improved to 2-0 in league (3-3 overall) with this win at Monsoor Stadium. LA went to 0-2 and 1-6.
• Rancho Alamitos 42, Bolsa Grande 26: In a high-scoring shootout at Bolsa Grande Stadium, the Vaqueros won their second straight GGL victory. Rancho is 5-2 overall and 2-0; Bolsa goes to 1-6 and 0-2.

SUNSET LEAGUE

• Los Alamitos 64, Marina 0: It was a painful night for the Vikings at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Long Beach as the Griffins rolled to the blowout win. Marina is now 0-2 in league and 3-4 overall. Los Al went to 2-0 and 4-4.
