TWO PEOPLE are dead after a car crash in Garden Grove early Monday morning.

Two people are dead after an early morning automobile crash in Garden Grove. According to Corp. Royce Wimmer of the GGPD, the incident was reported at 12:37 a.m. on Beach Boulevard south of Garden Grove Boulevard.

Arriving officers found one person dead and another “unresponsive.” The latter was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange and was later pronounced dead. There were no other persons in either vehicle.

The GGPD Neighborhood Traffic Unit investigated the crash and the cause of the collision is being determined.
