Help sought in identifying suspect

CAMERA IMAGES of the suspect in the July 6 robbery of a Bank of America branch in Huntington Beach (HBPD photos).

Huntington Beach police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed a Bank of America branch last Friday.

According to the HBPD, he entered the bank – located at 18691 Main St. – at 6 p.m. and produced a demand note.

After receiving cash from a teller, robber fled on foot.

Anyone who knows the identity of the suspect – pictured above from bank security cameras – or who has other information about the robbery is asked to call the HBPD Hotline at (714) 375-5066. Anyone wishing to remain anonymous can call 1-800-78-CRIME.
