ONE PERSON was killed and another hospitalized in a two-car collision late Saturday night in Garden Grove (Shutterstock).

One person was killed and another injured in a traffic collision Saturday night in Garden Grove.

According to Sgt. Royce Wimmer of the GGPD, the incident occurred around 11:38 p.m. on Euclid Street north of Westminster Avenue.

One driver was treated at the scene and then taken to Garden Grove Hospital. The driver of the other vehicle was deceased at the scene.

An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the crash, including whether drugs or alcohol were a factor.
