Packers, 49ers, Chiefs, Titans advance

The lineups are set for next week’s NFL Conference Championships.

The Green Bay Packers (14-3) will travel to Santa Clara to play the San Francisco 49ers (14-3) in the NFC game, while the Kansas City Chiefs (13-4) will host the Tennessee Titans (11-7) in the AFC, both on Sunday, Jan. 19.

This Sunday (today), the Packers built an early 21-3 lead and hung on to hold off the Seahawks, 28-23. Earlier in the day, the Kansas City Chiefs had a 21-0 first quarter deficit, but rallied to slam the Houston Texans 51-31.

On Saturday, the 49ers defeated the Minnesota Vikings 27-10 and the Titans stunned the Baltimore Ravens 28-12.

The top performers were:

  • DeShaun Watson (Texans) passed for 388 yards and two touchdowns.
  • Patrick Mahomes (Chiefs) passed for 321 yards, five TDs and 53 yards rushing.
  • Travis Kelce (Chiefs) 10 catches for 134 yards and three TDs.
  • Russell Wilson (Seahawks) passed for 277 yards and rushed for 64 yards.
  • Aaron Rodgers (Packers) passed for 243 yards and two TDs.
  • Davante Adams (Packers) caught eight passes for 160 yards and two TDs.
  • Kirk Cousins (Vikings) passed for 172 yards and one TD.
  • Jimmy Garoppolo (49ers) passed for 131 yards and one TD.
  • Tevin Coleman (49ers) rushed for 105 yards and two TDs.
  • Ryan Tannehill (Titans) passed for two TDs and ran for another.
  • Lamar Jackson (Ravens) passed for 365 yards and one TD. He rushed for 143 yards.
