Gentlemen (and ladies) … start your engines.
The Friday Night Car Show, a highlight for years on Garden Grove’s historic Main Street, will be back on Friday.
Restrictions on gatherings in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic required the suspension of the event, but as California “re-opens,” so does this weekly exhibit of classic automobiles.
“It’s been a while and we’re asking all visitors to use proper social distancing and wear face masks,” according to Ric Lerma, president of the Garden Grove Downtown Business Association, which sponsors the event.
As usual, there will be live entertainment, raffles, etc. Outdoor dining will be available at Kaye’s Kitchen, Azteca Mexican Restaurant, Louie’s on Main, E’Patisserie and Café 102.
The car show is on Main between Garden Grove Boulevard and Acacia Parkway between 4 and 8 p.m.
