THE SUSPECT IN two sexual assaults on teen girls has a hearing in December (Shutterstock).

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 17 for a man facing charges of two sexual assaults on young teenage girls.

J. Issac Gonzales Sierra is called to appear in Central Justice Center in Santa Ana at 8:30 a.m. accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl in Westminster while he was out on bail for a similar attack on another 14-year-old.

In addition to the sex charges, he faces a sentencing enhancement for committing a crime while out for another alleged crime.
