Raising Cane’s, one of the nation’s fastest-growing fast food chains, is planning to come to Garden Grove.
At a special meeting of the city planning commission on Thursday, May 6, a public hearing will held to consider a request for a planned unit development and site plan for a 3,267-square foot restaurant on the east side of Harbor Boulevard, between Chapman Avenue and Twintree Lane at 12202 Harbor. It would be near to the Target department store.
The proposed eatery would have an inside dining area for about 50 patrons, as well as a partially-covered outdoor patio area for about 79 people.
Another Raising Cane’s eatery, which features chicken fingers, toast and fries, opened last year on Beach Boulevard in Stanton to considerable success.
The commission meeting will be held in the A/B room of the Community Meeting Center, 11300 Stanford Ave.
