A four-alarm fire did “extensive damage” to an apartment complex in Westminster on Friday.
According to the Orange County Fire Authority, the blaze was in the 14000 block of Edwards Street, near Westminster Boulevard, and involved both floors. Two residents of the complex declined transportation to area hospitals after being assessed by paramedics.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. The OCFA, which provides fire and paramedic services for Westminster, was assisted by units from Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach and the Southern California Red Cross.
