
A KNIFE-WIELDING MAN has been arrested in an attempted homicide in Garden Grove Friday afternoon (Shutterstock).
A 30-year-old man is being held for an alleged attempted homicide in Garden Grove on Friday afternoon.
According to Sgt. Mark Lord of the GGPD, the suspect is Angel Andrew Nixon-Ramirez.
Police were summoned at 5:41 p.m. to a location in the 9700 block of Garden Grove Blvd. in the Koreatown area regarding a man who had sustained multiple stab wounds. He was taken to an area hospital in critical condition.
The victim told police he had met the suspect on an online dating site. While visiting the victim’s home, the suspect allegedly attacked him “for unknown reasons.” Police located the suspect a few hours later and made the arrest.
Nixon-Ramirez has been booked into Orange County Jail in Santa Ana for attempted homicide.
