Early Tuesday morning an armed robbery was reported at a 7-Eleven convenience store in Westminster. According to the WPD the incident took place before 1:50 a.m. in the 6500 block of Westminster Boulevard, near Edwards Street.

A suspect entered the store carrying a gun in his left hand and a “navy bag” in his right. He then walked around the counter and took the cash register box and three packs of e-cigarettes before leaving in an unknown direction.

It’s not known, police said, if the suspect had a vehicle parking in the lot outside the view of the surveillance camera.
