A fight between two people in Cypress Monday night resulted in shots being fired, hitting two parked cars and a building.

Cypress police report that the incident took place around 10 p.m. in a parking lot in the 9500 block of Valley View Street (south of Orange Avenue). One person – identified only as a “male subject” – had a handgun and fired about six shots, striking two parked vehicles and a building. No one was hurt.

Both suspects fled before police arrived.
