Russian missiles hit Odesa

UKRAINIAN FORCES are now doggedly defending their redoubt in Mariupol(Shutterstock).

Russian missiles struck the strategic port city of Odesa on Monday, in what Ukrainian officials say is an effort to interdict the supply lines of food and weapons coming into their country.

Associated Press reported that seven missiles were fired into the city, hitting a shopping center and a warehouse, killing one person and injuring five others.

There’s speculation that the bombardment of Odesa was an attempt to get the Ukrainians to divert troop from other areas to meet that challenge.

In Mariupol, Ukrainian defenders are hanging on and successfully stopping the attacks by Russian troops despite being low on food and medical supplies.
