The Stanton City Council on Tuesday voted 5-0 to approve a deal with a consultant to develop a “Parks Master Plan” to create a framework for the planning, development and maintenance of parks and maintenance facilities in the city.
The agenda item calls for a professional services agreement with RJM Design Group and an appropriation of $180,000 to pay for it.
The money comes from the federal government’s American Rescue Plan Act .
