Office bldg. buy is considered

GARDEN GROVE PLAZA building at Euclid Street and Garden Grove Boulevard (CBRE)>

A purchase and sale agreement for the Civic Center-Downtown area’s largest office building goes before the Garden Grove City Council when it meets on Tuesday.

The building, located at 12966 Euclid St. (at Garden Grove Boulevard) is a five-story structure built in 1985. The purchase price is $12,189,000 and – according to a staff report – will continue to be used as rental office space.

Also on the agenda are appointments to the Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission and Traffic Commission to fill vacancies.

The council will meet in the Community Meeting Center, 11300 Stanford Ave. at 6:30 p.m.
