The Stanton City Council on a 5-0 vote approved a one-year extension on an exclusive negotiating agreement for the “potential redevelopment” of the Tina-Pacific neighborhood at its meeting on Tuesday night.
The city is negotiating with Brandywine Acquisitions Group, C&C Development and National Community Renaissance of California for the use of the properties that have been purchased by the city over several years.
Located in the northeast quadrant of the city, the Tina-Pacific neighborhood is bounded by Magnolia Avenue to the east, Sherrill Street to the west, an alleyway south of Pacific Avenue to the north, encompassing an area of about 5.35 acres.
