Motorcyclist dies in crash

A CRASH between two cars and a motorcycle killed a woman in Huntington Beach on Thursday (Shutterstock).

A 27-year-old West Covina woman was fatally injured Thursday morning when the motorcycle she was riding went out of control and collided with two automobiles in Huntington Beach.

According to the HBPD, the incident took place around 11 a.m. on Pacific Coast Highway just east of Coral Cay Lane.  Based on the preliminary investigation, the motorcyclist was traveling westbound on PCH in the left lane. As the motorcyclist began to merge into another lane, she lost control and collided with a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and a Ford Mustang.

She was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. It’s unknown if any impairment was involved.
